All unused tokens are stored in your token "bank":. There are no
refunds for unused tokens. Each support session costs a minimum one
(1) token. Our techs will round down if your help desk
experience goes over a token. Example if your tech support session
goes for 17 minutes and you have 2 tokens in the bank you would only
have to pay 1 token. If your tech support session goes for 25
minutes it would cost you 2 tokens.
